DeAnn Graham, known for her selflessness and big heart, has a passion for helping people take the necessary steps to live their best life! After 15yrs in the mortgage industry, she transitioned into a State Licensed retirement and life agent, helping teachers and staff financially prepare for a comfortable retirement. Daily she meets with Principals, Administration Staff & Teachers in various different school districts to educate them on the benefits available to them through their Teacher Retirement System. She, along with her husband, Renix Graham, is the Co-Founder of Will & Way Community Development Corporation; a thriving non-profit organization. Will & Way encourage urban school age children and teens to reach their highest potential by using the gifts they already possess. DeAnn’s is actively working towards obtaining a PhD in School Psychology. This degree will bridge her gift and calling together by meeting the need of the children she serve through. At WeSERVE, she provides training on how to obtain federal 501c3 status.

Eugene C. McCown, Jr.
Visionary/President
Eugene C. McCown, Jr. has been serving his community since college days attending San Diego State University. As a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., Eugene served as a high school mentor; provided math tutoring to high school and college students; generate programs to include college attendance among under-represented communities; worked at food shelters; and so much more. Though college days swiftly passed, Eugene has always had a heart for people and after planting Praise Center Church in Dumfries, Virginia, he launched WeSERVE in January 2016 to assist in the fight against hunger in Prince William County by partnering with the Capital Area Food Bank. With the desire to provide more than food resources, he opened a six seat state of the art computer lab in November 2019. Eugene believes the best is yet to come and looks forward to expanding WeSERVE’s reach in the community in 2020.
